Musculoskeletal (MSK) pain can be described as discomfort or pain in the bones, muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments of the body.

This type of pain can affect people of all ages and can be caused by a variety of factors such as injury, overuse, poor posture, or underlying medical conditions.

Common examples of musculoskeletal pain include low back pain, jaw pain, frozen shoulder, arthritis, and tendonitis.

FAQ

Will treatment work for me?

Treatment is effective for most musculoskeletal issues, including low back pain, tendinopathies, frozen shoulder, bursitis, and impingements.

A Discovery Video Call gives us the opportunity to better understand what you are experiencing.

We can then suggest the likely effectiveness of treatment based on the information we discuss. After our first session we will have a greater gauge of how you are likely to respond to treatment.

How many sessions will I need?

If you have been in pain for several months, or even years, I know you will not expect results within a single treatment. Having said that, in almost all cases we should expect a significant or full recovery within six sessions. 

What are your fees?

There is no fee for a Discovery Video Call, and absolutely no obligation for you to then have treatment.

Holistic therapy sessions are £80 per 60-minute session. For your first session, please allow up to 75-minutes to allow for consultation and assessment. There is no additional charge for this.

What are your payment methods?

Payment is due after your treatment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash.
